Our focus is to deliver high quality new and refurbished contemporary homes that are individually designed to complement and enhance the local surroundings.
We have ambitious growth plans and are keen to expand our portfolio of new and existing property developments in the Midlands. To achieve our vision, we are always on the lookout for land opportunities, whether these are gardens, garages, existing houses on large plots, commercial buildings, class Q barn conversions, brownfield sites or greenfield land.

An experienced and commercially driven Architect with over 30 years experience in development, land and planning.
His architectural skills together with his extensive technical and planning experience provide a strong capability for taking development sites from identification through planning to successful build completion.
Outside of work, Noel enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing tennis, running, hillwalking and watching rugby.

Results orientated Property Developer with a strong drive for conceptualising, planning and delivering high-value residential projects in the Midlands. Experience in land acquisition, development planning and Stakeholder management supported by Craig’s original training as a Mechanical Engineer.
Committed to achieving sustainable, innovative and profitable property developments whilst ensuring statutory compliance.
Away from the office Craig enjoys spending time with his young family as well being a keen golfer.
